This course is for Individuals Who Work in a Medical Setting including MD's, RN's, EMT's, & Paramedics. You will learn skills to perform high quality CPR for Adult/Child/Infant victims. Upon completion you will receive a 2 year certification (certification cards will be mailed)

HEART SAVER CPR/AED (4.5 hours)

In this course you will lean the basics of CPR, and AED for adult, infant and child. You will be prepared to handle the most common life threatening emergencies. How to identify them and how to help save a life. Upon completion you will receive a 2 year certification (certification cards will be mailed or students will have e-cards available)Please let us know if you have any mobility restrictions or impairments.

Women's Self Defense (4 hours)

This course is designed to teach self-defense techniques " to women and will be taught by women" . These techniques will aid in defending against an attacker and enabling you to retreat to a safe place. This is a beginners class no previous training is necessary.

*There is an 8 student minimum. If the reservation is not met, registered students will be rescheduled for the next class*
